Wellesley / Berkeley / Wesleyan for law school???

Hi!
so I recently found out that I was accepted to several really neat schools as a poli sci undergrad transfer student. I am on the fence between many of them because I do think I would receive a good education at any of them.

My top two are currently Wellesley and Berkeley (found out today I was a regent/chancellor scholar).

I think I want a smaller environment like Wellesley (I also kinda wanna get away from home) and I had originally ruled out Berkeley because of the trouble getting classes/housing/lack of prof engagement, but as a regents scholar, it seems like many of those issues would be negligible. I also was accepted to Wesleyan and UCLA, which are also both great schools.

My ultimate goal is to get into a good law school, so my question is, given my options, what school is going to give me the best boost to law school?

Any advice at all would be much appreciated!

Where you go to college is not important - how you do in college is critical to admission to top law schools. If you know this is the path you will pursue, go wherever you think you can get the best GPA.

Choose the one you like best. GPA matters most, so you’ll have the best success getting a High GPA at a school you love.

99% of what law schools care about is some combination of GPA + LSAT and your race/whether you’re an underrepresented minority

I can’t speak for the other schools but my best friend attends Wellesley and has found the experience to be a pretty good one. She definitely succeeds and does extremely well in the course work, without it seeming too easy and if it seems like a fit for you they do have a ton of opportunities and a great poli sci program (including the Madeleine Albright Institute) so I think you would have a great choice at getting into your top choice law school as a Wellesley grad!

My D is going through law school admissions this fall as a college senior. In most cases your LSAT score will be the primary factor in law school admissions followed by your gpa. The school you attend for undergraduate is not important other than as context for how you perform in college. If your plans change and you don’t end up going to law school, Wellesley is the most prestigious school on your list of transfer options.
