Hey everyone, thanks for reading! I have recently applied to both West Point's Summer Leadership Seminar as well as the Naval Academy's. I would love to get anyone's opinion on both seminars. I was wondering how you guys think I would stack up in the admissions process. Here are some of my stats:

ACADEMIC

GPA: 3.7 GPA(weighted): 4.1 PSAT -Critical Reading: 59 -Math: 57 -Writing: 57 All of my classes I have taken are of the highest rigor. I've taken all honors classes, and all the AP courses that my school offers.

EXTRA CURRICULAR

I've been playing Varsity Lacrosse since my freshman year. I've received two Varsity letters so far, I am in the middle of my third season. Both seasons I have received the Academic Scholar Award. Mayor's Youth Corps- It is a service-oriented group. To be accepted, I had to go through a competitive application and interview process. MYC provides teens with the opportunity to participate in service projects and leadership development activities. Member of National Honor Society Member of a youth group through my church. Member of multiple school organized clubs. I have a part-time job.

I have not yet taken my ACT or SAT, so my PSAT scores are the only ones I had to give them. I am not very happy with them, and I am taken the SAT this Saturday. I know it takes a few weeks to receive my scores back, do you think the Admissions Offices at both academies will still allow me to send them those scores to include with my application? I'm really worried my scores will prevent me from being accepted.

Please share any opinions or advice you have for me.

Thank you!!
