<p>If you're talking about the book by William Smallwood, then yes, we found it very helpful. You'll hear folks say it's dated, but it still is salient. There are other books too that would be helpful to read, such as "The Long Gray Line" by Rick Atkinson; "Duty First" by Ed Ruggero, "Absolutely American" by David Lipsky and "Duty, Honor, Country" by Stephen Ambrose. Each gives a bit of insight into the Academy. All good reads.</p>
