Wharton chances- please comment

<p>I am applying to Wharton undergrad. I am first generation college. English is my second language. I am applying Early Decision. Grades:
4.1 weighted GPA
SAT: 710M 670CR 760W (Planing to retake)
ACT: Taking in 2 days, did practice test and scored a 34
AP’s: World History-4, English Language-4, US History-4
I am in 5 AP’s this year, so I will graduate with 8 AP’s and the rest honors classes.</p>

<p>EC:
-Member of math, english, and history honors societies.
-treasurer of history honors society
-did internship at real estate agency
-did internship at a bank
-volunteered at a hospital for 2 summers
-chairman of a community service event (Walk to raise money for cancer)
-have been part of a dance team for the past 4 years (Captain)
-I have 2 recomendation letters from school and one from the person that I interned with. My essays should be good as I have spent a lot of time and effort on them.</p>

<p>What do you think my chances are? Please comment I have been asking everyone and am getting mixed responses. Thanks in advance</p>

<p>Btw, now that we are on the topic, does it help your chances if your the only one from your school that is going to apply?</p>

<p>i actually asked my college guidance counselor and she told me that they might compare you to other applicants from your school but it shouldn't hurt or benefit you if you are the only 1 or among a few others.</p>
