What After-school activities/Clubs Do You Go To?

I try to cure cancer at my local lab every few days, but i usually only get one cure a week

Okay…a lot of people seem to be in student government too…

What kind of community service do you do at Key Club?

Do you do the community service over the weekend?

@Foodlover001 In Key Club there are different levels. A group of Clubs form a Division, and group of Divisions form a Region, a group of Regions form a District and all 33 Districts in the world and one in formation comprises of International. Clubs have their normal Pres, VP, Sec, Tres, Bulletin Editor. Divisions have Lieutenant Governors and Executive Assistants. Districts have District Governor, Sec, Tres, Tech Editor. and International has Trustees, President, and VP. Executive Assistant helps assist the Lieutenant Governor in anyway needed. This year I help set up Officers Training Conference and our Divisional Banquet. I also keep in close contact with several presidents in our division from different schools.

In Key Club we do a lot of different community service. It really varies from club to club and board to board. My school club usually helps volunteer at community events such as Kids Day at the Park, Haunted Houses, Fall Festival, and International Festival. We also go Christmas caroling at the elderly home in our community every year and occasionally help out at our local Kaiser Permenante(SP?) hospital.

I kind of wish I had gotten into Key Club. I was in a similar group called Crosby Scholars but I really got sick of their ridiculous requirements. I still do lots of volunteering, mostly with the Order of the Arrow.

If I could change one thing about my extracurricular experience, I would have done student government.

@mrhistory: Is a person a trustee of all 33 districts? How do clubs join together?
