Do you need extensive financial aid?
That’s the most important consideration. There is little financial aid for transfer students of any kind, especially international ones. California as a rule doesn’t give FA to out of state students.
But if you have the money I think you have a good chance at many of these schools.

Thanx a lot for your reply…
And yea I require financial aid but I know other aids are difficult for international transfer student, so I am aiming only at merit based scholarships

Good luck finding them, @Battosai. They are few and far between. And I’d say, don’t even bother applying to SJSU or CSLA. No FA for out-of-state transfers and it’s likely you will have to spend more than 2 years – difficulty getting classes needed to graduate, etc.

With above stats what are my chances at cornell and purdue universities??

Merit scholarships of substantial size are typically targeted towards newly entering freshman, because only freshman stats are used in college ranking. Merit scholarships are a recruitment tool for increasing the freshman stats average.
