Are you instate or out-of-state?
At UMich, you apply to LSA rather than to a specific major. You declare major afterward. Also, you need to recalculate your uwGPA in 4.0 scale without subgrades. It is hard to convert an average % GPA into 4.0 scale without knowing your actual grades.
Your second SAT score is within the mid 50 and above admission average. Your ACT is fine but not as good as your SAT score. Your GPA and course rigor would be critical factors.
Your SAT2 scores are just fine and may not help your chance. UMich does not require SAT2 but great scores will be considered.
so on the 4.0 scale its a 3.7, AP courses that I have taken are Biology, Human Geography, English Language, and USH. Honors classes taken are English10, Spanish5, and math research, as well as Spanish conversation. Senor year, I am taking post ap genetics, ap calculus ab, ap English literature, ap microeconomics, ap statistics, and ap chemistry
So your course rigor is fine but your uwGPA is on the low side. The admission average GPA at UMich was 3.85 last year. That would make it a low reach for your from OOS.
