What are my chances at my reach schools?

I'm a rising senior at a fairly competitive public school in upstate NY:

93-94 GPA (3.8)
Just barely outside of the top 10%
I took regents classes frosh year, then mostly honors soph and junior year, and now I have a few AP's next year...also a rising trend in GPA
1940 SAT
30 ACT (will retake, and will submit ACT)
SAT subject tests not yet taken

My extracurriculars are pretty weak...I do 2 sports and play an instrument, but I have no other clubs, no leadership experience, and no community service (although I will do some from now until I apply).

Assume that my essay and teacher recs are good, but not great.

I have plenty of targets/safeties. Here are some reach schools I'm considering (in order of my confidence level of getting in):

Boston College
University of Virginia
University of Michigan
Carnegie-Mellon
Johns Hopkins University
University of California, Berkeley
Brown University

I know I have very little chance at the last 4, especially the last 2, but what do you think my chances are at these schools?

Man, this site makes me feel so stupid! Everyone else is like top 1% with near perfect SATs and a ridiculous amount of ECs!

no one???

Your grades indicate that you can most likely handle the work, but there’s nothing which can separate you from your peers.
Your extracurricular activities are definitely the weakest part of your application.
Also, if you feel that you can do better on the SAT, I’d suggest retaking it.
EDIT: nevermind, you can just use the ACT instead
