What are my chances at these colleges?

Hi everyone I was wondering if y’all could help me. I’m in the middle of college applications and very stressed out. Everything on my application is good except for my sat and act scores. What do you think my chances are to get into UCLA,UCSD, UCI and UCSB are? Extra- I’m also applying to USC and Pepperdine so if I could also get some feedback that would be great:)

  • GPA - 4.1 (w) 3.89 (uw)
    I have taken numerous AP and honor courses
    Top 10% of class
  • SAT - 1320
    Reading -370
    Math- 500
    Writing-450
    -ACT - 18
    English-17
    Math-21
  • I wrote really strong essays
  • Extra Curriculars:
    -Boy Scouts of America( Eagle Scout achieved)-6ys
    -NJROTC- I am the commanding officer of my unit(#1 rank), also served as orienteering commander, color guard commander, Executive officer, and Platoon commander
    -National Honors Society- 2ys
    -California Scholarship Federation-2ys
    -200 hours of community service
    Military Order of Purple Heart(medal for NJROTC cadets who demonstrate most leadership) and multiple other awards.
    -4.0 honor role
  • I’m in a flight club at a very prestigious school( Don’t want to say name, school is in the top 20)

Your test scores are a serious detriment.

Why are your SATs so low? You seem capable of much better scores.

Your SATs are definitely a deal breaker. Indicates serious grade inflation, or an unresolved issue that will definitely raise red flags. Get that score up SUBSTANTIALLY or check out test optional schools, stat.

Your SATs & ACTs are a deal breaker(same situation with me). Try UC Santa Cruz, UCRiverside,Cal Poly Pomona, & CSU Long Beach. You’ll have a better chance with those schools

You need to raise your SAT &/or ACT scores(At least around 1800/27 Composite) to have a chance at UCLA,UCSD, UCI and UCSB.
