What are my chances at transferring?

Hello, my name is Jake and I am a freshman in my first semester currently attending Louisiana State University (LSU) at Baton Rouge majoring in Petroleum Engineering (PETE).

I was initially deferred by Texas A&M and UT Austin as a high school senior, so I chose LSU as they have a top 10 PETE program in the nation. But obviously, I am an out of state student and the costs are overwhelming even with the huge scholarship money I got.

So with all that said, I looked into the option of transferring into one of those schools as they have a better PETE program and it would also be much cheaper if I got instate tuition (I am from Texas).

Here are my high school information:

High school: Seven Lakes High School in Katy, Texas
GPA: 4.14/5.00
Ranking: 165/934 (my class was huge)
Course load: pretty much took every AP class available and got mostly 4s and 5s, APChem, APUSH, WHAP, CompSci, etc.
Extracurricular: Robotics Club, SOS (Spartans Out Serving), NHS, Mu Alpha Theta

College information:

School: Louisiana State University - Baton Rouge
Major: Petroleum Engineering

Course load for fall/this semester:

Calc 1550 (calculus 1) - 5 hours
RNR 1001 (renewable natural resources) - 3 hours
Geology 1001 (physical geology) - 3 hours
Geology lab 1601 (physical geology lab) - 1 hour
PETE 1010 (intro to petroleum engineering) - 2 hours

Out of those classes, I currently have an A in calc, geology lab, and PETE. I have B's in both geology 1001 and RNR. My GPA at the end of the semester, assuming this would be the same, would be 3.57. An accurate range of my GPA would be between 3.2-3.8, and that is a safe 100% estimate in my opinion.

Spring/next semester course load:

Calc 1552 (calculus 2) - 4 hours
Geology 1003 (historical geology) - 3 hours
Chem 1212 (chemistry lab) - 2 hours
Phys 2110 (particle mechanics/physics) - 3 hours
Econ 2030 (Economics) - 3 hours
or
Engl 2000 (English) - 3 hours

I'd like honest opinions and just to know what my chances are according to the information. I'm looking towards transferring for my sophomore year, so applying in the spring semester.

Thank you.

Oh and sorry I left out my SAT scores.

Reading: 590
Math: 730
Writing: 600
