What are my chances for: Columbia, Duke, or Northwestern?

Okay, I'm not sure if I have a chance or no chance at all to get into any of these three colleges. I'm planning on applying to early decision to Columbia University. I will pursue a science or engineering degree no matter which school I get into. My first choice right now is electrical engineering.

I have over 200 hours of volunteer service at my local nursing home.
I've interned at a lab at Queens College last summer for research on climate change.

I've also won a couple of awards at many science fairs. However these aren't Intel or Siemens or anything, just regional science fairs. I've also made it to the final round of an international music competition for piano.

What are my chances of getting into any of these schools?

You look like a solid candidate for theses schools. Of course your essay responses will be taken into account as well. Remember that being accepted to any of these schools is a crap shoot, so even someone with your stellar stats could be rejected. Make sure you have plenty of matches and a safety as well.
