What are my chances for early decision?

Demographics: Low-income, single parent white male in northern Virginia

Academics: 3.9 weighted GPA
1460 SAT (retaking for > 1500)
Go to an IB school but have taken (and gotten all 5s) 4 AP classes (Calc BC, Comp Gov, Physics 1, CSA) with a local university (part of a magnet program starting in junior year) and taking AP Lit and AP Physics C next year. GPA has strong upward trend (3.65 weighted beginning of junior year)
Class rank ~55/576

Extra-curriculars:
Developing software with said university to deter mental health problems (specifically anxiety), about 6 hours/week. My interviewer actually was really interested in this so that seems to be a plus!
Scholastic Bowl (President 11th and 12th (most likely)) 10 hours/week
Working at a local music store for a few months 20 hours/week
Debate (President 11th and 12th (most likely)) 5 hours/week
In a band with a few friends (not really an EC I guess, but, again, my interviewer really seemed to like it) 4 hours/week
All the rest of my free time is devoted to helping around the house with my brother

Honors:
Beat the Odds Phoenix Award (given to kids with really bad home lives that have, well, beat the odds. It entails a $2,000 scholarship)
Academic Letters every year of high school
Varsity letters for scholastic bowl and debate
MVP award for scholastic bowl last year
AP Comp Gov student of the year (school-wide award)
Accepted in to said program with university (not really sure this is an honor I guess haha)

Other stuff:
Essay is pretty good I think, writing is my favorite thing in the world. I talked about my time in the hospital with anxiety (not supposed to be a sob story at all, it’s about a friend I made that indirectly showed me that life was worth it)
Interviewer and I really hit it off (I was super nervous, but she really made me feel welcome and love the school. We went way over time)
Intended major: Computer Science w/ Music, minor in creative writing
Aunt went here undergrad
Applying ED, I absolutely love W&M. It seems so welcoming to people of all backgrounds!
