What are my chances for Georgetown, USC, etc....

Hi! So currently I am a senior in high school from a relatively large public high school in the Northeast. Of the schools I applied to, I am particularly interested in seeing my chances of getting into Georgetown, USC, Boston College, Cornell University, College of William and Mary, Dartmouth College, and Brown University (these are all my reach schools, I applied to a bunch of other ones too). I plan to major in political science/government and economics, probably on a pre-law track.
My stats are:
Weighted GPA: 4.3414 (my school doesn’t have unweighted GPA’s)
Class rank: 7/~397
SAT: 1490 - 700 in Math, 790 in English
I have taken 7 AP classes over the course of high school, and have been in all advanced honors classes (besides math, which I have taken just honors since junior year). I am also a part of my school’s National Honor Society.

Extracurriculars:
Theatre Guild: I am a Senior Producer for my theatre guild and have been leading one of the technical crews since my sophmore year. As a producer I am in charge of fundraising for the guild (as we are entirely self-funded) and for advertising for the guild through connecting and working with local papers, businesses, etc.
Concert Choir: I am the secretary of my concert choir, so I help to take attendance and fundraise for the concert choir.
Winter track: I participate as a varsity shot-put thrower.

Spring track: I participate as a varsity javelin and discus thrower.
Acapella: I participate in a student-lead acapella group after school.
Work: I work at a large retail clothing store.

Volunteering:
Walk for Hospice: I help to raise money for Hospice, and at the event, I help to run the children’s activities.
Relay For Life: Along with my team, I help to raise money for cancer research.
Walk-n-Roll: I help to raise money for those with SMA (spinal muscular atrophy).

Honors:
Brandeis Book Award for Social Action and Civil Engagement: Awarded to student who displays a strong commitment to community service, social justice, and civic engagement.
Certificate of Academic Excellence in Algebra.
National Merit Scholarship Program Letter of Commendation
Member of the International Thespian Society

Leadership: I participated in the National Student Leadership Conference, focusing on National Intelligence and Defense, at American University.

Any and all responses are really appreciated!

You might not appreciate my response, but I promise it is the most helpful:

  1. sign out of CC and don’t come back until you get your results

  2. take all your nervous energy and do something constructive with it. Typically, the most successful things are ones that fully engage you: something very physical / something where you have to focus on somebody else / something where you have to focus mentally. Every time you start fretting about results, do that thing.

You know that you are a strong candidate. You have done everything that you can do. Fretting or asking strangers to play ‘chance me’ is pointless.

Good luck, and come back when you have your results and let us know where you are going to college

What is your “hook” to these schools? Your credentials are great, you have done a superb job, however, some of the schools listed take either 1/2 in the class, or a “hook”, athlete, theater, music, or diversity. Without that, prospects are tough. Go find a school that is a great fit for you and will give you a discount on tuition and do great at that school. You will likely be happier in the end.

@AlumDadMA, the OP’s applications are all in and it’s too late to add new applications for this cycle.
