What are my chances for Quest Bridge?

Im thinking of applying to College Match but Im not sure if my grades will be so good to be accepted to such top-tier colleges. I guess I'll just describe my academics, life and extracurriculars:

GPA: 4.0 weighted
SAT score: 1800
Looking to take the ACT in September

Household income: single mother raising a family of 3 with $12,000 a year

APs taken:
Biology - 3
Art history - 4
English - 4
Mandarin - 4

Ive taken French up to French 3, and skipped into Mandarin 4 and taking AP Mandarin next year for senior year.

Extracurriculars......
cross country team for 2 years on JV
track 1 year
been part of school's UNICEF club for all of high school, president Junior and Senior year
Volunteer at Children's hospital for a year
Part of the school's peer tutoring club
Church service

Thanks! :) ^_^

(Please note that I am basing this conclusion on patterns I’ve observed from other finalists. I’m not an authority on the subject!)

In light of your incredibly low income, your grades may not be too obstructive. What is your unweighted GPA and estimated rank? I would think that good essays were absolutely vital in your case.
