What are my chances for the M&T dual-degree program in Penn

Hi!

I'm an Asian living in the Philippines and I want to ask for opinions regarding my chances of getting into the M&T program on Penn.

My stats are are follows:

SAT I scores:

CR - 630
W - 700
M - 770

*I took the SAT I again this Decemebr but the results have not yet come out.

SAT II scores:

Chem - 690
Phy - 770
MATH2- 770

Class Rank:
88/230

My school does not give GPA, AP, IB, or any programs.

Extracurricular Activities:
- President of Debate Varsity Team
- Class president
- Co-President of Journalism/Creative Writing Club
- Finance Head of School Activities (mostly all? ever since I helped in one, I ended up heading all of them. . .)
- Student Mentor
- Member of Physics Honor Society
- Secretary/Co-founder of Arnis (Philippine's National Sport) Club
- Co-president/Founder of Public Speaking Club
- Staff Officer 2 in our Junior ROTC
- Regular Archer

Just to add a random note: I'm from a science high school, so I want to take up engineering, but I also want to apply those things in business.

I think though my chances are slim, but I want a second opinion because I really don't want to give up on the program.

Your chances are slim; but then again, so are everyone’s to M&T.

M&T admissions are, at the margin, all about fit. You seem to have good enough stats / extracurriculars for the program — although your class rank might impede you? — so the best thing you can do is really make your essays stand out and show why you’re a one-of-a-kind student and what you’ll get out of M&T.
