Hello all,
I am trying to see if I am strong enough to get into UVa as a transfer student. I have already taken two years at James Madison University (in Virginia) and had a 3.3ish gpa. Currently, I am a community college student with 4.0; however, I only have 13 credits through my cc from high school dual-enrollment classes. The classes I am taking right now will give 24 credits through my community college. So in total I will have 81 college credits.
My grades right at the moment are all A's with one B, although they do not do a mid-year report, so these grades won't be factored into the decision.

My gpa from high school was great, I had a 4.45 gpa on a scale of 5.0 and was 11th in my class out of 333 people. However, I know that because I am going to be a 3rd year at UVa, they will look more at my college coursework than high school.

My SAT's are subpar with 1110 combined, I know, not what they want to see.

I have a lot of extra curricular activities including college involvement through my church at JMU and JMU's independent radio station.
So if my gpa does not impress them enough, I could always do guaranteed admission through my community college, although I would rather not have to wait another year, after I have earned my associate's degree.

Can anyone shed light on what my chances are?
