What are my chances getting into Wellesley?

HI. I'm a international student who applied to Wellesley this year.
I live in Korea and I go to an international school.

I went to American public school in the US for 2 years (9th and 10th)

Wellesley is my FIRST CHOICE and I REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY want to get accepted. I just want to know what my chances are.

!!!!
I FORGOT!
I had a phone interview and IT WENT AWESOME!
We talked for 1hour and 15 minutes => great conversation!
I think she really liked me.

do you know how much the interviews count towards admissions?

THANKS!

Your EC’s are really impressive! However, I think your SAT grades are kind of iffy… Nobody here on CC can tell if you’ll get in or not, we’re mostly prospectives and hopefuls too. Plus, I find the admissions office unpredictable. You are obviously strong in math and science, so maybe the scale will tip in your favor. How were your essays? I think Wellesley really looks for fit and interest.
I don’t think interviews normally carry too much weight, but if you had an awesome one it could help a lot!
There’s only a month left, hang in there. : )
Btw, you posted in a thread in the Wellesley forum that was from 2005. :P

shay33 Thanks for your reply!!
MY SAT scores are what makes me really worried…
although I SOUND LIKE I’ve lived in America since forever, I actually went to Korean public school for 7 years [2nd grade -half of 9th grade]
So even though I’m fine with the speaking part…English is kinda …hard (?) => I think my SAT scores totally reflect this =[

I think my essay was…o…kay…
but I guess I can’t really evaluate my own essay =P

anyways, I just have my fingers crossed.

Are you waiting for your results too?
