What are my chances in getting in these colleges

I have a 1.9 gpa an 27 on my ACT. I am in my senior year of High school and plan on applying to college by January. I struggled in my Freshman and Sophomore years due to stress and bad role models. Now I have begun taking things serious my Junior year and finished off my Junior year with a 3.0 (1 honor class). I also took an AP class my freshman year in Algebra 1. I have also got my report card my senior year and have a 3.8 (Like I said I am very determined now). But my Freshman and Sophomore years messed me up so much im only at a 1.985. I know I can get into a college with a 2.0 so what are my chances with these schools be completely honest. Wish I could do it again.

I’m assuming you’re in-state. Your GPA is too low for UTK, period. TSU is kind of unlikely as well. I don’t know much (read: anything) about MSU. I highly recommend going to a community college and then transferring later.

I wouldn’t go to a CC that is a bad idea. 27 ACT is the 88th percentile. You have a story to tell.

Tell it to a small school.

What are some small schools I hate the idea of going to a community college. Name me a small school that will likely take me.
