<p>Student Gov – Sophomore Class President (sophomore year), Student Body President (junior year), and Student Body President (senior year).</p>

<p>Young Democrats – Founder / Vice President (sophomore year) and Vice President (junior year)</p>

<p>Model United Nations participant all three years</p>

<p>Various Volunteering experiences. I received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from the president’s Council on Service and Civic Participation the summer before 10th grade. </p>

<p>Photo – (not sure if this is important) a couple of my photos have been displayed in local contests and lit mags.</p>

<p>Also, I’m not sure if this is important but my GPA is low because of my frosh year. I didn’t get a B sophomore year and I only got one B junior year.</p>

<p>Now, the reason I’m posting is because I was wondering if someone could tell me what type of schools I should consider Reach, Match, and Safety Schools.

<p>And if Dartmouth is trying to recruit you for debate, use it for all it's worth (that is, if you want to go to Dartmouth). Talk to the coach, fill out recruiting forms, let the admissions people know you'd like to debate for Dartmouth and you're a top debater, etc. Also, if Dartmouth is interested on that basis, other Ivies might also be. You're SATs and GPA would make you a competitve applicant at Brown and Cornell, and the debate hook would really help. Finally, you might want to take a look at Northwestern. I understand that they have a first rate debate team and the school is about Ivy quality.</p>
