What are my chances of becoming a Questbridge finalist and getting into (Rice, Stanford, Yale etc)

I’m highly anxious about QuestBridge and if it was worth it. Do you think I have a chance even with weak extracurriculars and low ACT score? Here are the schools I’m considering to apply to for questbridge. I would like to know if any of these are even possible to get into with my stats and if I have a good chance at being a Questbridge finalist.

It’s going to be very difficult, if not impossible, to get into those schools through QB and even through the Common App. If you apply to these schools through QB, you need to meet their standards in order to match with them. They don’t just give out a 4 year full ride to anyone. Let me put your situation into perspective: My friend applied through QB with a 34 ACT and a 4.0 GPA. Even he is doubtful that he will match with any of his schools (their caliber equal to your list) as the acceptance rate for QB applicants is around 3 or 4 percent for top tier schools. Be prepared to apply through the common app too, and find some safeties.
