My transcript was recieved october 19th

What are the odds I will be accepted?

Which MSU you talking about? There are plenty of them.

Michigan State University

Probably your stats are a little low for State. Your ACT fits in right but that GPA is a little low. I got into State with a 3.7 and 33 ACT, but that probably doesn’t really help you since I used State as my safety and chose to go to Michigan. More relevant to you is that a lot of the people that went to State from my school had at least 3.3 or 3.4 GPAs, and quite a few of them were in the 3.5-3.6 range. I think you can get in if you have strong grades this semester but they will need to be at least at around 3.7. Make sure you work real hard, even then there is still a chance you may need to go elsewhere.

I think you may get in because all the a.p courses you have and act score is right around the average.
HoweverI was wondering if anyone can help me.
I am a transfer student at Eastern Michigan right now. Im aware that the average G.P.A for transfer students at Michigan State University is a 3.0.

I went to Saginaw Valley State University my first year and got a 2.5 not my best at all. Over the spring and summer I took algebra where I recieved a B (3.0).
I then transferred to Eastern to be closer home, I am halfway through my 2nd year where I hope to end with a 3.0. After this fall semester I plan to apply MSU so I can recieve a decision around April sometime.
I also considered to strengthen my application with some letters of recommedation.

Although I have taken rigorous courses my GPA is still questionable, with this I am wondering how my chances are with acceptance into MSU??

Hard to tell because MSU recalculates GPA and only includes certain classes. You could be in for a long wait. MSU will often send a deferred decision waiting for 7th semester grades. Look at common dataset, it also explains that “rigor of academics” is a top consideration which with all your AP you are very good. Our experience was GPA 3.4, class treasurer got rejected. GPA 3.0 with lots of AP got accepted. Good Luck !!!
