What are my chances of getting accepted if I have low ACT and SAT Subject Scores???

Well I just received my SAT Subject Scores on Nov. 20th. My Literature score was 410, Math Level 2 was 480, and US History score was 390. My composite ACT score was a 17.
I did horrible on all my college admission tests and its too late to retake anything now, because they latest that UC will take SAT or ACT scores is December and the register deadline has passed already. I am planning on applying to UCSD, UC Santa Barbara, UC Santa Cruz, and UC Irvine. Will I get accepted to any of these UC Schools?? How much will my test scores affect my chance of getting accepted??
I am not planning on attending any UC's, but I still would like to get accepted. I am planning to attend Cal State University, Long Beach as a graphic design major.

hmm, those are extremely low scores...
Do you at least have a good GPA? And are you ELC?
Based on test scores alone...
UCSB - reach
UCI - reach
UCSD - really big reach
UCSC - maybe...not sure

well my weighted GPA so far is a 3.55 and unweighted GPA is a 3.45

Well, at least you will be able to get into most CSUs, except for Cal Poly SLO.

well that still sucks....I really want to get accepted to some UC's, we'll see after I submit my application on March.

I mean this Sunday, but results on March for acceptance/rejection letters =X
