What are my chances of getting accepted into these colleges?

Hello. I am a junior (rising senior) in high school who has 3.9 weighted (3.7 unweighted), a score of 2055 on the SAT, and a 31 on the ACT. I took Honors Chemistry (only honors class in my school btw) and AP Euro History in my sophomore year. In my junior year, I took 3 AP classes (APLanguage, APUSH, and APCalculus). I had passed all of my AP exams. I am a member of CSF, co-leader of the chess club, an active member of the guitar club, a volunteer at a hospital and library, and a swimmer on the varsity swim team. I have over 100 hours of volunteering and community service. (Is this enough or shall I need more?) I live in California and I want to major in computer science & engineering. With those above, what are my chances of getting into these schools: All UC's (don't have to include all if you don't want to), Cal Poly SLO, Cal Poly Ponoma, San Jose State, and Univ of Pacific.

Oh and here are some off-topic questions:

Is computer science & engineering one major or a double major? In many college websites, the term "computer science & engineering" is in their list of majors as if it is one major.

Also, what are other good CSU's for this major?

Calculate your CSU GPA see link:<a href=“Cal State Apply | CSU”>Cal State Apply | CSU;
Also Cal Poly SLO will use your Freshman grades along with the following algorithm for bonus points:: http://digitalcommons.calpoly.edu/cgi/viewcontent.cgi?article=1014&context=statsp&sei-redir=1&referer=http%3A%2F%2Fsearch.yahoo.com%2Fsearch%3Fp%3Dcal%2Bpoly%2Bslo%2Bmca%26fr%3Dipad#search=“cal%20poly%20slo%20mca”

The major is Computer Science or Computer Engineering. There is an overlap of a few classes related to software but they are separate majors. Computer Engineering classes also overlap with Electrical Engineering classes involving hardware. Computer Science will mainly focus on software and programming.

UCLA/UCB: Reach
Cal Poly SLO/UCD/UCSB: High Match/Low Reach
San Jose State/UCI: High Match
UCR/UCM/UCSC/Cal Poly Pomona/UOP: Match

You might want to consider SDSU, CSULB and CSU Fullerton also.
