What are my chances of getting in????

I know everyone asks this but I'm desperate. I know my chances are slim but some things might work out in my favor.

I'm an African-American student from Georgia. I will be applying Early Decision. I have a crappy GPA of 2.6 because I slacked (but I take all Gifted and AP courses). I have an SAT score of 1990 (and will probably take it again) and am taking SAT Subject Tests in November. I have alot of volunteer work and extracurricular activities; I've volunteered at my church every Sunday for three year (this will be the fourth) as a small group leader and my EC include dance and theatre (with leadership positions in both). I've gotten awards in dance and theatre, and I'm totally dedicated (it will show on my resume since I've done numerous productions inside and outside of school, including a tour company). I also have volunteer experiences in cleaning up in New Orleans and volunteering with the Turner Broadcasting company to clean up abusive recovery women's homes. I traveled with an ambassador program for a month during to summer and I'm extremely interested in different cultures. I'll have really good recommendations (from academics and dance teacher) and my essays will be pretty good.

If you need more information just let me know. I just really want to know my chances or getting in (I'll apply regardless because it's my dream school but I just want to know).

Oh and I mean Georgia as in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States. So I hope that helps me, if only a little bit, because I read that only 1% of their accepted class (for 2008 I think) was from the South

I'm guessing a disproportionate ( that's not right!) amount of applicants are from Californaia, and that they welcome geographical diversity. My D applied and went for a diversity weekend. She liked it a lot more than she thought she would, and they seem to be especailly liked by performing arts types. Can't comment on your chances ( my D was abmitted with token amount of merit money, a URM, 4+ GPA, 2k+ SAT, but not good SAT II. She was really into theatre and church stuff too!).
