Im going to be a junior next year. I would be out of state so would you say the chances of me getting into say UC irvine, berkely, ucla, and ucsb are slim?

as a freshman i got a 4.0 UW taking only one weighted class: honors english

soph: took honors chem, honors english, ap stats, honors pre calc, spanish 3, history and gov (required), PE, ceramics.
I slacked off wayyy too much that year, earning a 3.57 UW gpa. UW cumulative gpa: 3.79. ranked between 7-15/315 in my class (we have weighted rankings).

junior year im taking ap chem, ap bio, ap calc 1, ap us history, honors spanish 4, regular english, physics, PE/health.

senior year planning on taking ap english, ap gov, ap euro, ap physics, ap calc 2, honors french 4, ap spanish 5.

ECs: varsity in tennis and earning my letter both freshman and soph year+ making it to districts both years. Jr year i will most likely be #1 in the school with a good shot at making state.

ranked top 80 in the pacific northwest in tennis for juniors under 16s.

in boyscouts, will earn my eagle in less than a year

in national honors society last year and plan to for the rest of HS,

also in spanish honors society, spanish club, international club

community service: 70 hrs in boy scouts, 20 hrs in a bookstore, 30 hrs in a library

hm if i still have a shot at one of the UC schools that i listed above, what should i get on my sats/satIIs? also do i only need to take 2 sat IIs?
