What are my chances of getting into an accelerated medical program

Hello,

This is my first post, so please bare with me. I was wondering what my chances are of getting into an accelerated medical program and/or any ivy league colleges.

I will be a senior in a high school (considered on the high end) in Illinois next year

AP Scores: Not so great…
AP Calculus AB (3)
Took more, but only got a 2 on them
Clubs: Molecular Biology Club (President and Founder)
ACT Tutor Club (Tutor)
UNICEF (Member, possibly VP - not sure yet)
Chess Club (VP)
Sports: Cross Country (9th)
Tennis (10th and 11th)

Currently Volunteer at 2 hospitals
Volunteered at community library

Research: Currently doing research at a university over the summer
Job Shadowing: Looking around (will probably do it for a month)

Hi! I’m a rising senior too and I’m also looking into accelerated med programs! …so I’m not too sure about the qualifications for the programs, but I think that your AP scores may be problematic–since AP curricula are meant to emulate the college experience, your scores might imply to colleges that you’re not ready for college courses and the rigor (which I’m sure is not true about you!) so maybe address that in the “additional comments” section of your college apps. Your GPA is good, if you have time then maybe retake the ACT and aim for a 33 or higher, and you have great leadership activities! What kind of research are you doing? The more “medical” it is, the better! For Ivy Leagues, however, no one really knows their chances. It’s honestly a coin toss–I read about a kid who built a fully functional nuclear reactor from scratch in his garage and still got rejected from MIT.
