My letters and recommendations are very good and so is my essay and supplemental

I am applying tomorrow.

Your weighted Gpa is pretty low for Babson though I’m not sure what your unweighted is and unfortunately they weight heavily upon GPA in their acceptance because they know the schoolwork is very demanding. However the other aspects of your application seem to be up to snuff. I think you have pretty good chance. If you really want to go i suggest you ED that will help a great deal. Also this is coming from a 2015 student so i would like to hope my evaluation is somewhat useful. Good Luck!!

Son just said he’s applying EA to Babson and I would appreciate your thoughts on his chances. Also your take on campus life, please

Im sorry for not responding earlier to your post. Supposing that 3.8 is his unweighted gpa i would put your son into the higher gpa average portion of babsons admitted students. I got in with a very similar Sat score 1840. However Babson’s year to year difficulty of acceptance has been similar to Northeastern’s… very sporadic. Three years ago applicants got into Babson that would never have got in for the class of 2015 so it is hard to judge the colleges difficulty year to year. On the campus life… I really like Babsons campus life, location, and students and am very happy with my choice. I wish the best for you and your son.
