What are my chances of getting into cal poly slo or UCSD?

So I’m a junior in high school and by the end of the year I’ll have a 3.38 gpa unweighted (3.49 weighted) and a 1360 out of 1600 SAT score. I have another chance taking it and I’m looking to get a 1400 out of 1600. Is it possible for me to get into cal poly slo or UCSD with a low gpa but a pretty high sat score? I plan on majoring in mechanical engineering and a minor in computer science. I also do plan on getting a swimming scholarship.

UC’s are very GPA focused so having a High SAT will not compensate for a low UC GPA unless you have a compelling reason for the lower grades.

SLO’s ME acceptance rate is around 14% and around 10% for CS so again, having a low GPA will impact your chances since GPA and Test scores make up the bulk of the MCA points they use to admit applicants.

If you are being recruited for swimming then you would have a much better chance, but that would be up to the coach to advocate on your behalf.
