What are my chances of getting into Cornell?

I'm currently studying in India in class 12. I'll be applying to Cornell as an early decision applicant. Please let me know what my chances are of getting in?

Grades:
class 10 (edexcel IGCSE)-6A*,1A.
class 11 and 12 (CBSE, indian board)- straight A's in both years in all my subjects. (A is the highest grade for the school examinations).
SAT scores:
2030.
math-750
cr-620
writing-660
I know my SAT scores are very weak. But I'll be taking them again as I'd barely prepared for the first one. My teacher expects a 2200+ but I'm hopeful of a 2100+ atleast.
My courses in class 11 and 12 have been extremely challenging as I shifted schools(with different education board systems) in the middle of class 11.
My class rank- 1st out of 85 students.
My ECA's-
1)President of the Interact Club of my school. Won around 4-5 school level debates, elocutions and public speaking events.
2)President of the Commerce Club of my school. Won a couple of business studies related events.
3)Senior Safety Secretary.
4)Member of the school tennis team. Won a couple of city level tournaments.
5)Member of the school soccer team.
6)Member of School Musical Band.
7)Writer for school magazine.
8) Bronze level-Duke of Edinburgh.
Volunteer Work-
1)Taught students English at an NGO for two years. Received an award for it.
Internships-
1)Internship with the CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) department of a multi-national company for a month. Completed a projected as well.
2)Internship with the Finance department of a multi-national company for a month. Completed a project as well.

I have received very strong recommendations from teachers of both my schools.
My essay is quite strong as well. I could post that if necessary.

I plan on applying to CALS for Applied Economics and Management.
Let me know what my chances are? Thaaaanks!

Are you applying for Aid?
If you require aid, the general opinion is that one of not applying ED.
Did you take SAT-2?
In my opinion,ECs - breadth but no real depth.
Don’t mention school level competitions.
VOlunteer work- very good

Yes i will be.
However, Indian students who are admitted are automatically considered for the Tata Scholarship which helps meet their demonstrated need.
No, i have not taken SAT 2. However, I have completed two specific projects on Applied Economics and one on Accountancy to show my interest and competency on the subjects I plan on pursuing.
Okay, so having a variety of reasonable EC’s won’t help?
Alright thanks. So unless i get my SAT scores to a 2200+, my chances are very bleak, or even then?

and by school level, I mean competitons involving all the schools in the city and some where there were schools from various cities.

Cornell ED has not been suggested for international applicants seeking aid ( Though technically, it is needblind for Indians, a select few (6-7) get selected every year for the Tata Scholarships)
So, you may get an offer with no financial aid too.
Ok…that would technically be the city level. You need to be careful in such matters. Highlighting what you have done is important
Colleges don’t mind if you have only 3-4 ECs but you need to show your passion in them. A lot of ECs may look good, but remember- thousands of other international applicants may be having the same ECs like you.
Cornell website says" All international students must meet the same test requirements as our first-year or our transfer applicants. SAT or ACT and SAT Subject Test requirements cannot be waived "
Do contact them if you have doubts.
