What are my chances of getting into McGill University in Québec, Canada?

I am an international student studying in US, and I go to a US public High School. I got rejected from Duke ED, so I am looking at McGill University now. Here are my stats (I know they only look at stats):
GPA:97.72/100
Rank:44/736 (weighted)
SAT:CR:650 M:800 WR:780
AP:World History:5 Chem:4 Calculus:3 European History:4
What are my chances? I am very very worried because I have no acceptances so far —all rejection.

Forgot to add: SAT Math II:800, SAT Chem:780

Here are the minimum requirements for US students:

For Management, Life Sciences and Engineering your CR score is below the minimum of 670.

More competitive McGill faculties had a 670 cutoff for SAT '15; these thresholds fluctuate… but mostly upward.

We do not really know what the current year will be because the SAT structure and scoring would be and if/how old SAT scoring will be impacted. ACT might be more predictable this year?
