What are my chances of getting into my dream school?

I'm a HS senior applying to JMU. James Madison is my dream school. I want nothing more than to go here. What are my chances of getting in?

About me:
I live in Virginia
I'm half Hispanic, half white male
I plan to major in accounting; minor in graphic design and/or architecture
I'm also applying to UMW and GMU
My GPA is a 3.5 weighted (I don't know what I am unweighted)
I've only taken 3 AP classes (Ap World History, Ap Language/Composition, and Ap Literature and Composition)
I've taken 5 years of Spanish (and all 5 years, I've taken either advanced or Pre AP)
2 years of Varsity Choir
I've taken Word Processing and Design Multimedia and Web Tech classes
I'm in Business Management ad Business Law
I've been in the gifted program for all four years and am now in Gifted Education Multidisciplinary Seminar (GEMS for short), which is a gifted class that only about 45 of the 860 people in my graduating class can take (I go to one of the biggest HSs in the state)
I'll be graduating with 23 credits, though I only need 16 for an advanced diploma
SAT is a 1650/2400 (530-reading, 550-math, 570-writing)
I had 2 teachers write me really good recommendation letters and a long time neighbor that I've volunteered for that is a JMU alumni and teaches business at GMU
I haven't had an official job, but I've been volunteering daily at my local elementary school by either tutoring the ESOL students or creating technology lessons for the library
I've been in DECA since sophomore year and will definitely be graduating with a chord
I'm in FBLA now and will also be graduating with a chord
I was VP in EDGE (Christians) club for two years
I've also been in Photography club for a year
I haven't played for any school teams
I'm applying for Regular decision and still in the process of writing my essay (how detrimental is it if my essay isn't very good?)

Now that I think I've summed up all of my high school in about 20 lines, what do you think my chances are? I don't think I can stress enough how badly I want to go to JMU. It's my dream school. Everything about it is perfect for me. I've applied to GMU and UMW, but if I went to one of those two, I'd be haunted everyday by the "if only I went to JMU" thoughts. I'm also being realistic and I know that I'm not spectacular and I don't shine brighter than a diamond, but I still want to know what my chances are of getting in? The application is due in 10 days so its not like i can change my GPA or SAT, I just want to know if I should be holding my breath on this or start thinking about going to community college and then transferring?

you’ll get in! stop worrying! good luck!
