What are my chances of getting into the University of North Carolina--Chapel Hill?

<p>Hello,
The title basically sums up my question, but here are a few of my stats:
High school GPA: 3.86
ACT composite score: 30
I am currently attending the University of Tennessee--Chattanooga, due to financial reasons. My parents don't have much money so I would almost have to entirely rely on scholarships and loans to go there if I were accepted. So can someone give me their opinion of what my chances are, and how much financial aid I could possibly receive from the school?</p>
