What are my chances of getting into UF?

<p>Hello! I really want to get into UF! Any advice/critiques are greatly appreciated!</p>

-UF GPA (i think i calculated right): 4.05 </p>

-36 out of 650 (top 5%)</p>

<p>SAT Score:
-1960 (superscore) </p>

-AP Calc AB (waiting for score)
-AP English Language (waiting for score)
-AP Chemistry (waiting for score)</p>

-Physics Honors
-Drama IV Honors (gotta love my performing arts)</p>

Biology
Dance (maybe)

I am vice president of my drama club and thespian honor society.
I am a part of my national english honor society.
I am a member of the national honor society.
I am an AP scholar.
I have won an essay contest and had my essay published in a book.
I have dedicated 250+ hours of my service to my community.
I volunteer at local senior centers such as century village and south west senior focal point.
I have been at my dance school for 14 years. I have dedicated more than 500 hours a year volunteering and assisting small children. I assist teachers there.
I won student of the year at my dance school for displaying excellent character, leadership, and responsibility at my school.
I have also been a girlscout for numerous years.</p>

<p>Your extracurricular, APs and SAT scores are all good but your UF GPA is below average. Keep in mind that the most recently admitted class (2017) is the most academically achieving class in the history of the University of Florida.</p>

<p>You’re unweighted GPA is a little low, but considering your other academic qualifications (AP scores, SAT, etc.) and your outstanding ECs, you have a very good chance of being accepted, at least in my opinion.</p>

I got in! But I went to USF honors instead :slight_smile:
