What are my chances of getting into Virginia Tech and Penn State? Will chance back (WCB)

<p>I haven’t received my fin.aid package as of yet. Penn state is pretty expensive, especially for the OOS student, which is what I am. According to collegedata.com the rates are:</p>

<p>2013-2014 Tuition
$16,992 in-state
$29,566 out-of-state</p>

<p>In all honesty, Penn State isn’t my first choice, due to price alone, and as a result, my first choice is an in-state school. Nevertheless, Penn State is a great school.</p>
