<p>i'm currently a junior in highschool, and i have a list of around 20 universities which i'm planning to apply to, and i was just wondering what my chances are of getting into any of these colleges.
The univerisities include: Boston U, UPenn, University of Chicago, UCSan Diego, UCLA, University of Rochester, Emory, Brandeis, Johns Hopkins University, Brown, Duke, Rice, Washington U. St. Louis, Wake Forest U, Fordham U, U. of NC: Chapel Hill, NYU, and U Michigan - Ann Arbor.</p>
<p>My credentials are:
I'm aiming for a 2100-2200 SAT score
I have a GPA of around 3.6-3.7
Im planning to get a major in Biomedical Sciences, or Biochemistry
I plan on taking 3 SAT subject Tests: Math 2, Biology and Chemistry
I am currently a 2 year IB Diploma Student, and my classes include HL Chem HL Bio, HL English, SL Math, SL French, and SL Psychology.
I am american citizen of Middle Eastern Ethnicity.</p>
<p>My Extra Curricular's Include:
- MUN for 3 years (Participated in international conferences in Dublin, and i will take part in the Beijing 2011, and Paris 2011 conferences).
- Writes articles for the Pawprint, our official school newspaper
- I am secretary of Conservation Club, a charity for animals, and i plan to be VP of it next year.
- I am in Habitat for Humanity, and soon i will travel to build homes in poorer regions.
- I do backstage for the school plays, and i plan to student direct in my senior year.
- I am a large supporter of charities, supporting Breast cancer (i participate in breast cancer walkathons), animals, and an end to poverty
- I am a bus monitor, or a person that ensures the safety of children on our school bus.</p>
<p>I also plan to:
- Get a job at a store
- Help out at a hospital for mental children
- Tutor students in math, english and possibly French</p>
