What are my chances of good scholarships?

Valedictorian of class
720, 800, 650 on SAT (2170)
34 33 33 27 on ACT (32)

My parents make about 100k a year, but I dont know how much they'll help with expenses.

The schools i'm thinking about are UT, Tx Tech, Baylor, and TCU. Any info is great. My counselor is an idiot and my parents are clueless.

You might be able to get a merit-based scholarship because of your valedictorian status, but that's iffy.
Definitely apply for need-based scholarships; most colleges will meet you at least partway.

Have you looked at Southwestern in Georgetown? They offer a lot of merit scholarships. Doesn't UT offer an automatic valedictorian scholarship of some sort?

In Texas, vals get 1st year tuition (only) free @ any Texas public university.

You may be eligible for some merit aid from Baylor but my knowledge of the SAT cut off amounts is 3 years old. Contact FA.
