First semester took one information technology class and rest were university requirements and I’m taking no classes for my major this semester because I’m taking all required classes. Also I made it on first honors dean’s list in my first semester and was invited to join a national honor society but I missed the deadline.

This semester, I’m taking critical writing (ENG 120), finite mathematics, criminology, early religion and reform history, and spanish 102. This semester’s not over yet so I haven’t gotten my grades but I’m predicting that I’m getting 2 or 3 B’s and 2 or 3 A’s. What will my gpa be (estimation)?
I’d rather be at NYU than Pace because NYU offers a lot more. Someone suggested that I take a summer class (biology, chemistry, or calculus) at NYU or at a more reputable college than Pace because transferring from Pace to NYU is a big leap… but I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars for one class that are only a month long. Do you think I should take a summer class to make my transcript look better or do you think my GPA is good enough? Another problem is I am planning to take biology at my current school (and summer classes cost 6k), I failed chemistry in high school so no way i’m taking that, and I haven’t taken pre-calc yet (I’m in only finite math right now) so I can’t take calculus. What do you think I should do and what are my chances?
