What are my chances of transferring to Umich?

I have such a strong desire to be a Wolverine and study at one of the greatest universities in the world! Unfortunately, my high school statistics are terrible, and I feel they may really hurt my chances.

I went to Mattawan High School (a very rigorous school that is ranked class A).
GPA: 3.16 (unweighted)/ 3.29 (weighted)
Rank: Top 45-50% I want to say 120/275 ish.
ACT:23
ECs: Cheerleading -.- for two years, choir for 4 years, and occasional community service opportunities.
AP/Honors courses:
AP European History- B+ first semester and A the second.
Honors Trigonometry & Pre-Calculus- B+/B-
Honors Anatomy & Physiology- A-/A-

My first two years of high school were really terrible. I was receiving between a 2.16-2.66 GPA but my last two years, I was receiving semester GPA's between 3.7-4.1 so my grade trend has significantly increased. I explained in one of my essays the first time I applied that I had been bullied for several years of my life, and that it truly made me feel I wasn't capable of anything which in turn, lead me to fail in school.

Right now I am starting my sophomore year at Western Michigan University.
GPA: 3.875
31 Credits
ECs: Soloist in No Strings Attached A Capella Group, member of the American Medical Student Association, Patient Representative (volunteer) at Borgess Hospital, invited to Alpha Lambda Delta Honors Society, student in the Lee Honors College beginning this fall, and sales associate at Old Navy.

I also took 5 credits this summer at KVCC and received a 4.0 there, leaving me with 36 overall completed credits. None of my credits are "non-transferable" but some are "departmental"

My college courses include:
Direct Encounter With the Arts- A
Molecular & Cellular Biology- A
Intermediate Spanish I- A
Applied Calculus- BA

General Chemistry I- A
Gen. Chem. Lab- A
Intermediate Spanish II- A
Thought & Writing- BA
General Psychology- A

Calculus I- A

I also sent an email to move my application for Winter 2014 just two days ago. I had three letters of recommendation, and an additional essay about my foreign exchange student from Germany who taught me about the true meaning of diversity. I also wrote about my time volunteering at the hospital.

What are my chances? I only have 36 credits. Do I not have enough to get in or is it still a good idea to apply for Winter 2014? If I were to be admitted, I would be entering in with 51 credits. I just don't know what I will do if I get denied again. I am extremely unhappy at Western and Ann Arbor/Umich is where I truly belong. Please help and chance me!

And be perfectly honest! Thanks! :)

Anyone? Please?
