What are my chances? Should I submit my SAT scores?

Unweighted GPA: 3.898 (my overall average for grades 9-12 is a 97.46)
Class Rank: 1/74 (I attend a small public high school)

I'm currently taking AP Biology, AP English, and AP Calculus, which are the only AP courses offered at my school
Although I don't have many APs, I have taken many college credit classes throughout high school. I have also participated in Band (Flute), Chorus, Vocal Jazz, and Jazz Band (Alto Sax), and have taken three art classes

SAT Scores:
Critical Reading: 700
Math: 660
Writing: 670

Subject Tests:
Math 1: 640
Biology: 670

ECs: all 9-12th grade unless stated otherwise

Theater Program: Fall Drama Production and Spring Musical
Envirothon: (10-12th) A regional competition where groups from area schools study five environmental topics (forestry, soils, etc) and film an environmental video. In May, the schools meet at a nearby college, compete, and are given rankings based on scores
All County Chorus: A sort of "honors choir", with students selected from regional districts to prepare and perform a concert over a weekend
All County Band: (11th) Very Similar to All County Chorus. Played Flute
Marching Band: Flute
Drumline: (10-12th) Marimba
Soccer: (9-11th)
Class Vice President
National Honor Society: Includes a fair amount of community service

I have more extracurriculars, mostly music related, but I believed these to be the highlights

Employment:
Worked two seasons May-Nov at regional high-class french restaurant as a runner (similar to busser)

I was also a National Merit Commended Student, and the Alternate for Empire Girl's State

I'm looking at Brown (I know it's a huge reach but both my grandparents are alumni, so I thought I'd at least give it a shot), Bowdoin, Bates, Colby, Vassar, and Connecticut College

I have done alumni interviews for Bowdoin, Bates, and Conn College, all of which went well

Is there any point in applying the heavily competitive schools like Brown and Vassar? Also, for the SAT optional schools, should I send my SAT Reasoning scores, my SAT IIs, or neither?

Thanks!

Definitely send in the SAT scores, but the SAT II’s, I’d leave out for schools that do not need them. If they’re below 650, they’re going to hurt more than help you. Unfortunately,
I think Brown is out of your target range… kids with perfect SAT’s and 4.2 GPA’s get rejected, perhaps replace it with Case Western, Davidson, or Boston College… all schools that fit your profile perfectly and should be pretty reasonable.

However, I do like Vassar. I think you have a solid shot there, and I’d say that’s your biggest reach, but a reasonable one. The GPA is excellent, SAT’s solid for most of your schools, interviews are a crucial aspect, and EC’s great (they like to see a focus, really interesting):

Here are my chances:

Brown: HUGE HUGE Reach (look above)
Vassar: Reasonable-BIG Reach
Bowdoin: Reasonable Reach
Bates: Reasonable Reach
Colby: Reasonable Reach
Connecticut College: In (also applying)

Try for a few more safeties, maybe? the ones I mentioned above, as well as:
Skidmore
Union
SUNY New Paltz
Franklin and Marshall

Hope this helps!! PLEASE chance me back!
