What are my chances? Also, if anyone knows of some great schools for statistics let me know!
You might have a shot at Case if you show interest and apply early action. At least from what I have experienced, they take your interest in the school pretty seriously. I got in with a 31 ACT having visited campus and interviewed, but I have friends with much better stats than mine who didn’t get in because they didn’t demonstrate any interest. That being said, it might be because we live so close so not visiting campus basically shows that you are lazy or aren’t serious about the school. My advice would be to attend an official visit at least once and get an interview with an admissions counselor. The interview is pretty informal but could definitely help your chances, so I would recommend doing it if you can. Good luck!
