What are my chances to UT Austin Mccombs undergrad if my school doesn't rank?

So I am currently a junior in a Texas high school who will be looking to attend UT Austin Mccombs. However, I heard UT relies heavily on the rank of a student. The problem is my school does not rank. So what are my chances?

Here are my stats-

Ethnicity: Born in Texas but from Pakistan

GPA Unweighted: 3.83
Took 10 AP/DC classes

ACT: 33

Extracurriculars:
Interned a cardiologist
Interned a business executive
Started my own fundraiser and raised in total $2000 for a cancer patient.
Started my own fundraiser and raised $5000 for refugees
Varsity basketball for 2 years (played basketball all 4 years)
Speak 5 languages
Spanish for 4 years
NHS member.
Student council representative.
President and founder of dodgeball club.
Vice president/secretary of Muslim Student Association.
Volunteered almost 150 hours. Etc.
Chess club
Child care
Mu Alpha Theta
Science Tech Honor Society
Vice president of Muslim Student Association

If you are an in state student, the school has to indicate whether you are in the top 10% and maybe the top 7% for UT. Our local school also did not want to rank but they do for the top 10%. After that cutoff, they do not. Your school might also just give UT the GPA for the cutoffs. Everybody above is auto accepted, everybody below is holistic. I do think the HS’s are required to do this.

If your school is in Texas, there is probably a private ranking that your school will give.

If you go to a private, there should usually be a top 10% list.
