You should try to get your test scores up a little. Your GPA is excellent for Berkeley, UCLA, UNC-CH, and UCSB. I see that you enjoy art. Emphasize on that during your application. Take more than three APs senior year. Colleges want to see a strong finish. Your EC are ok. What is your intended major? This affects your admissions a lot. Upenn may be a reach, but you have the grades. The only problem with your gpa is that you weighed it with honors and APs. I know UC schools only weigh AP. And your number of AP classes is very low. You will have only 7 AP at the end of your senior year. My g/f took 7 her senior year alone. She got into UCLA and Berkeley. I took 5 my senior and a total of 10 throughout high school. But your school may not offer as many APs. If you show that you have taken advantage of your resources, than you should be fine. USC may be a match, but they vary on admissions. You can get into Berkeley or UCLA (better schools than USC) and still get rejected from USC.

UCLA: Slight Reach
UCB: Slight Reach
UCSB: Safe Match
USC: Match
