<p>I go to the same school. It is HIGHLY competitive, we go to 4 decimal points. She is probably in the top 5% (top ten people). She is modest about it all though.</p>
<p>you talk about how your school is competitive. But i thought competitive means the courses offered are harder and i don't see how people getting 100 (meaning perfect) would reflect that.</p>
<p>personally i don't agree with the "rigor" of the school. i think it's all busy-work, and if you can ace that, and BS, then it's not that hard...</p>
<p>MIT is reach for everybody. If you're in AP CS A and your school offers AP CS B and you aren't planning to take it you may be in trouble. Don't know about the others.</p>
