What are my chances?

So my intended major is Civil Engineering and...
SAT score is a 1970 Math: 670, CR: 640, Writing: 660; ACT Composite is a 31, Math: 31, Reading 31; and my unweighted GPA is something like a 3.6, weighted a 3.9.
I don't have many EC's but i did do band for 4 years and have done Band Council for all 4 years and am currently president. In addition to that i've volunteered at 3 elections.
Only one AP so far, AP Calc AB: 5
currently taking AP Calc BC and Computer Science

These are the schools i was thinking of applying to:

UC Berkelely, SD, Irvine
CSU Long Beach
Cal Poly San Luis Obispo
Loyola Marymount University
Manhattan College
Bucknell University
Syracuse University

and I'm thinking about applying to Columbia or Brown.

I've looked online and nothing really points in one direction, any help would be greatly appreciated :)

You’re stats are impressive, but I don’t know if your EC’s are enough for the more prestigious schools such or competitive schools such as long beach, cal poly, all the UC’s you mentioned, bucknell or manhattan. But then again you’re EC’s are better than mine and I’m sure you’re a lot more interesting than I am. But for sure you can get into LMU and Syracuse.
