What are my chances?

I'm a junior at a regular public highschool.

GPA currently: 3.1 (unweighted)
Rigor after senior year: 6 AP, 2 Honors (AP Stat, AP USH, APES, AP Lang, AP AB Calc, AP Euro)
SAT: 1070 (CR+M) / 1550 (Wr+Cr+M)
Sports: 1 year wrestling, 2 years soccer, 1 year swimming
Extra: Coached Soccer for 4/5 yr olds at local church, years of being Vacation bible school leader

Haven't asked for a Recommendation yet, nor done an Essay. Is getting more than the recommend credits good? I took an two sciences (anatomy/physics) and maths (accel math 3/ AP stat) during this year but I haven't seen anyone talk about taking more than the required classes. Also, I can't predict the future, but I plan on studying for the SAT in march (with the blue book & advices here) and getting a higher score. I also got a 2.4 my freshman year because I didn't realize how important highschool was. I don't wanna be flamed for my SAT score and GPA, I'll work on it of course, but I will understand if it's just to low for UGA and aim for Kennesaw, North georgia, ect.

I'm sorry if this is out of place or if I'm forgetting something. I'll edit/delete appropriately.

Your GPA is honestly to low. I’ve seen people get in with sat scores around yours but they have at least 3.75+ GPA

This is my best outcome “what if” scenario and I’m not saying it’s what will happen only what I’ll try to achieve*

If I work up to a 3.4 GPA UW and were to get my CR and M scores to scratch 1200ish would that help my chances? I think if I maintain the GPA I have this year and have a similar grades next year I could get a 3.4-3.6 (I think 3.1 was just soph and fresh year.)

Is it too big of a leap to increase my SAT my CR by 40 points and my math by 90 with some studying with the blue book, other stuff, ect? (They were 560 and 510, respectively)

I got deferred EA with a 3.6 and an 1840 SAT/28 ACT and 9 AP classes, however I submitted new scores (1960 SAT and 30 ACT), and my GPA went up to a 3.68 after last semester, and I was accepted today! Your SAT is sure to jump, mine did 120 points without doing anything. Try the ACT, too, I did better comparatively on that.
