What are my chances ?

Hi,
I normally hate these threads on CC but I'm quite desperate so I was wondering if anyone could help me !
I'm an international student from the UK (senior) and I want to study international relations and peace and conflict resolution in the Us !
I'm doing the French bac (section litteraire) and these were my grades :
French : 14
French oral : 13
Science : 11
TPE (project done in 11th grade) :14
I also did the SAT and SAT subject test but didn't get great grades so I'm taking them again this year :
SAT math : 540 (I don't do math a school so I probably won't be able to get this score higher)
SAT reading comp. : 600
SAT writing : 510 (should get this higher)
World history : 550
Spanish : 760
Literature : 690
I didn't take the TOEFL yet but I'm expecting a high score...
I speak French English and Italian fluently, did charity work, a international relations summer program and I'm part of my school's MUN club.
I know my grades aren't high enough but I'm trying Georgetown as a reach school as well as American university and Tufts ! My problem is that I can't find any match and security schools I like ! I looked into Syracuse, Feirleigh Dickinson and Arcadia but I just can't see myself there !
Could someone help me ?
Thank you !
