what are my chances?

Due to my eagerness to attend this school, I am planning to apply early decision.
My current gpa is 3.35 (not including junior year) which I understand is low for this college. I have struggled with math throughout my life which has negatively impacted my gpa. Other than math, I maintain high grades. As of the end of my junior year, I have 320.5 hours of community service and I have taken 3 honors classes (biology and two years of honors english) and 3 ap classes (european history, united states history, and environmental science). I plan to take two ap classes my senior year (literature and government). I attend a private, religious college prep school in Virginia. I took three years of Latin and will be taking two years of Spanish due to scheduling conflicts preventing me from taking a fourth year of Latin (my school does not offer a fifth year). I am a girl scout and I am currently trying to earn my gold award and silver trefoil award. I scored a 29 on the ACT and a 1300 on the SAT. I plan to retake the ACT to try to further improve my score to counteract my low gpa. I took the SAT subject tests in math level 2, us history, and literature but I do not yet know my scores on those tests. Both of my parents are alumni of the school. Do I have any chance of getting into William and Mary? Also, what else can I do my senior year to help improve my chances? I know that William and Mary prefers students to take calculus but due to my difficulty with math, my teacher has recommended that I take statistics instead. Thank you.
