I know this is going to be a long shot but I still want to see if it is still possible… had a few problems last year with my life but looking to turn it around. Looking for any advice or information. Thanks in advance.
Seeking admission to : UCR (main school) , CSUF , UCSB
Institution: Citrus Community College
Gender: Male
Ethnicity: Pacific Islander
First Generation College Student: Yes
GPA: 2.45
Major: Biology
Jobs: Currently working and various major successful businesses as their tech support.
Below a 3.0 Transfer GPA pretty much puts you out of the running for any of these schools. I suggest you spend another year at Citrus College and bump up your GPA or apply to the non-impacted CSU’s like Bakersfield, Dominguez Hills, San Francisco, Stanislaus, Channel Islands.
really unlikely…
the non-impacted CSUs are your best shot.
good luck
Thanks for the advice , what if I applied under a non-impacted major? would that help me in anyway
All majors at CSULB are impacted. For the UC’s, no chance with any major with your current GPA.
