What are some good graduate schools in my situation?

So I am currently a student at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London pursuing a Bachelors degree in International Relations. For my postgraduate study, I would like to attend somewhere such as Oxbridge, LSE, IHEID in Geneva, or maybe a programme in the USA, but I'm not too sure yet.

First off, as it looks likely that I'll end up with a First at around a 90 percent average (perhaps higher), what's the likelihood of acceptance to one of these schools? I am especially interested in IHEID, although I hear that they are quite competitive.

In terms of American/Canadian IR/International Affairs postgraduate courses, I am familiar with SIPA at Columbia, I know McGill has good programmes as does Georgetown, what are some other good schools in the US for someone in my situation?

Thanks

Tufts perhaps?

Concur re: Tufts.
