What are some viable transfer options for me?

I'm a student at Indiana University Bloomington studying finance and accounting. I will be a junior following this summer.

I have a pending application to the Kelley School of Business, and from what I've gathered from my advisors, it might as well be a coin flip as to whether or not I am admitted. If I am not, I would still like to pursue a business major and would thus need to transfer to another university. Here are some basic details.

Overall GPA: 3.33

Trend:

Fall 2011 - 3.06 (13 credit hours)
Spring 2012 - 3.16 (12 credit hours)
Fall 2012 - 3.33 (16 credit hours)
Spring 2013 - 3.55 (21 credit hours)

SAT (superscore):

Math: 700
Writing: 740
Critical Reading: 690

I'm a nonresident student and I am from Houston, Texas. Tuition isn't really a primary concern for me; if I could get into the McCombs school at UT Austin then that would be fantastic, although my advisors at my current university tell me that getting transferred into McCombs at this late stage would be nearly impossible.

So my primary question is: what caliber of schools should I be looking at with my current set of credentials? I obviously cannot apply to go to school somewhere else in the upcoming fall semester, as nearly all deadlines have past. But if I did need to transfer, I would suspend enrollment at my current university and try to get an internship that might better my prospects in Spring 2014 or Fall 2014.

Are there any decent business programs that I have a chance of being admitted into at this stage?
